Use of NICE KIDS products
By using NICE KIDS products or services, users agree to use them in a lawful, respectful, and appropriate manner. Our products are intended to support family-friendly exploration, learning, and everyday decision-making.
Responsible use
Users may not misuse NICE KIDS products, interfere with product operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the products in a harmful, abusive, or unlawful way.
Simulation-based content
Some app content is informational and simulation-based. Pet Home Simulator and related product experiences may help families think through routines, preferences, and readiness, but simulation results are not professional advice. Starry Story and other creative products may generate family-friendly story content for entertainment and reading.
No professional guarantee
NICE KIDS does not guarantee that simulation results, recommendations, or app-generated insights will be complete, accurate for every situation, or suitable as a substitute for professional veterinary, medical, legal, financial, or other expert advice.
